At Incubeta we help clients such as McDonald's, Radisson, Odigeo, Puig, Dolce & Gabbana, Lastminute, Ferrero, Real Madrid, Dia, and many others - increase their sales through their online advertising. Every client we work with is different (including a variety of clients in different verticals), and each presents its own difficulties that often require bespoke solutions.

Beyond the day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping to shape the Incubeta team. You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes and inform the strategy behind the new services we look to deliver.


What will you learn:

  • Analyze and report performance from dashboards and health checks with associated weekly commentaries,
  • Conduct historical (weekly/monthly) campaign performance analysis to help make informed decisions with support from the rest of the team,
  • Campaign set-up, with in-console monitoring of campaign pacing and performance against agreed-upon KPIs
  • Set marketing strategies, monitor performance, and identify and implement optimizations,
  • Provide proactive recommendations and program insights,
  • Deliver actionable and optimization-based insights
  • Create and design proposals,
  • Trafficking CM360 and GAM campaigns.
  • Create tags, triggers, and variables within GTM.
  • Create a measurement plan to measure business objectives within eCommerce/lead pages.
  • Create objectives and events, and reports within GA4.
  • Create and analyze reports within Google Data Studio.

  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • You have an intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • You speak and write in advanced English
  • Google Ad Manager 360, Campaign Manager, Analytics and DV360 Certification would be a plus but not a requirement
  • You have strong communication skills in all disciplines including written, oral, email, and presentation
  • You must be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment along with the ability to accept interruptions as part of the routine
  • You’re capable of hands-on problem-solving, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
