AdOps Specialist

We are looking for our next talented AdOps Trafficker that will help us change the world of digital advertising! As an AdOps Trafficker, you will work closely with clients (publishers and advertisers) to develop an effective advertising campaign, focusing on the setup, monitoring, and management of online advertising campaigns and getting insights and KPIs to develop advanced modeling report systems.

You will be part of the Adops department, helping publishers manage all the ad operations and manage the publisher’s entire ad stack, as well as be responsible for continually testing and implementing new strategies to increase advertising revenue and sustain high levels of campaign performance.

You will also help advertisers measure and control their campaign and are efficient in terms of cost and opportunities, working with different channels, managing Dynamic creatives, and developing attribution and contribution models

You’ll act as the ad operations expert and will manage the publisher’s and advertisers' entire ad stack, as well as be responsible for continually testing and implementing new strategies to increase revenues, and sustain high levels of campaign performance.

Beyond the day-to-day, this is an exciting opportunity to play a role in helping to shape the Incubeta team. You will contribute to training material, assist in building new processes and inform the strategy behind the new services we look to deliver.

Key Outcomes:

  • Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns with different KPIs.
  • Creating programmatic deals and advising traders on the best way to succeed with delivery and KPIs.
  • Working as an extension of the sales towards the client, by understanding their needs and looking for the best way to work together.
  • Coordinating with the design team to develop all the creative projects on time.
  • Developing creative proposals and presentations, fully customized to the client's needs.
  • Creating weekly and monthly reports to clients and other departments involved in the process of a campaign.
  • Campaign invoicing with our finance team support.
  • Have knowledge of the AdServer Campaign Manager and GAM360 to solve any issues that may arise.
  • Use AdServer to generate customer measurement systems and creative traffic designs.
  • Manage, optimize, and report the client’s digital campaigns.
  • Generate audience through AdServer and GMP.
  • Deliver training for clients.

About You:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You have programmatic experience with proficient knowledge of header bidding, the ad tech landscape, and Google advertising products.
  • You have the ability to build strong client relationships, manage a growing portfolio of clients and collaborate effectively to solve client problems.
  • You successfully align with client goals and recommended ad campaign/ad solutions, as well as gather and demonstrate ROI information to showcase the ongoing value and client benefits.
  • You have experience working with GAM360 and AdServer Google Campaign Manager.
  • You have an advanced level of English, both oral and written.
  • You are able to understand client's needs and objectives, in order to propose new strategies and launch incredible campaigns.
  • You are passionate about ad technology and how it can shape digital campaigns.
  • You are a self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of your projects.
  • You are enthusiastic and passionate about digital marketing.
